Ogulcan Ertunc

I am originally from Balikesir in Turkey. After high school, I studied Industrial Engineering at the university. Because of my interest in statistics and computer science at the university, I did my master's in Data Analytics for Business and Economics, a department that will start a new path towards Data Science in Italy.

While this is a drastic change, there are a few things that are linked to the lessons I have seen in industrial engineering, which helps me give a different perspective on ideas. However, since I followed this purpose of Data Science, I learned that I love problem solving and even more problems involving Mathematics. That's why I have fully started following the Data Science industry and I aspire to be at the forefront of algorithm development in all aspects of Intelligence. Although I am far from this goal (for now), I am trying to learn as much as I can in all aspects of the Data Loop.

There are many things I am passionate about in life and Data Science is just one aspect of my life. In my spare time I enjoy taking pictures, expanding my fountain pen collection, traveling with my girlfriend, eating meals and writing articles on our blog.
